If you are customer from outside the UK please pay attention to notes on International Shipping and Prices not Including VAT.
Payments
All online credit/debit card payments to us are handled by and processed securely through Clearpay, Stripe or PayPal. We have no access to, or have any means to store your card details. Card Details taken verbally for over the phone are on a strictly one-time basis only and are neither recorded or stored.
All online payments are due upon checking out.
If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
Online Payments in full for Pre-Order Items
Payment in full for Goods Sold on a Pre-Order Basis will be accepted in advance of product release. Your order will then be stored in our order processing system and goods will be shipped to you immediately upon delivery to us from our supplier. You will be notified once the item has been shipped.
You have a right to cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at anytime. To arrange this or query a pre-order email us on the link below
Orders that are Reserved for Payment over the phone or Collect In Store
For any items reserved on this website to then make Payment Over the Phone or to Pay and Collect in store during business hours, your item(s) will be placed on reserve for a period of 2 whole business days. If no payment is made after that period has expired your order maybe cancelled and the reserved items will be put back on sale. We will most likely contact you when your reserve period is close to expiry.
If your item is on a Pre-Order basis then we will most likely contact you to acknowledge your order and explain it's future conditions and procedure concerning payment and shipping.
Payment in Foreign Currencies
If paying in a currency other than the one your bank account that is held by the buyer may incur extra fees from the buyer's bank account. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and not that of us the seller.
Shipping Policies
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer for the type and amount at the time of purchase. We will ship your order within 1-2 working days from receipt of your paid order.
After dispatching your order deliveries within the UK should expected to be received within 1-3 working days (dependent on selected postal service) & deliveries Worldwide should expected to be received within 14-28 working days.
If an item is lost, delayed or damaged during shipping buyer must contact seller to arrange a satisfactory resolution.
You have 7 Days after your expected delivery date for lost parcels or actual delivery date for damaged goods in which to report an issue.
For best protection we only use tracked shipping services.
We reserve the right to change your selected Shipping Courier either for economic or security reasons.
Important Notes on International Shipping
All goods shipped to destinations outside of the UK are charged with a Zero Rate of VAT.
EU Customers must be aware that we are not registered with IOSS so any VAT on your order will have to be paid by you on arrival at your destination country.
Orders to outside of the UK may incur import duties and customs handling fees, these fees are the responsibility of the buyer to pay and not we the seller.
We as the Seller do not accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by the postal system & third-party carriers.
Sorry but we do not sell to South Africa, North Korea, Russia or Belarus.

Refund/Return Policy
You as the Buyer are entitled to return item/s for a full refund within 30 days of the receipt of item date should it be whether the item(s) are faulty/damaged in transit or whether you have just changed your mind.
If you have received a faulty item or there is a problem with your order, then please contact us at contactus@mandvmodels.co.uk so that we can deal with your problem.
If returning non-faulty unwanted items please email us with your order details at contactus@mandvmodels.co.uk so that we know when to expect your return and can process your refund more quickly.

Item(s) must be returned to us at: M & V Models (Our Place), Swan Street, Alcester B49 5DP.
A full refund including postage will be issued upon receipt of the returned item/s that are faulty or have been damaged on transit to you.
In the case of returning unwanted/non faulty items the cost of return postage is non-refundable.
This 30 day return policy does not apply where items have been customised to the buyer's specifications or if the goods have been modified in any way electrically, mechanically or cosmetically from the original specifications to which the goods were originally sold.
We don't take responsibility for any damage to products caused accidentally or through misuse.
Pricing
All our prices shown in the UK are inclusive of VAT at 20% unless you are viewing from outside the UK where the VAT is deducted.
Prices displayed to customers outside the UK do not include VAT.
As we operate from a retail shop-based premises our prices in store may differ to those on our website. Any goods purchased at the agreed price either in store or on-line is a legal contract of sale.
No subsequent refunds will be given, should it be found by the consumer thereafter that there is a difference in price from the original contract of sale of the same item(s).

Legalities
We (the seller) are not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, we the seller shares no responsibility.
All products that we sell come with safety notices.
Only persons ages 18 or over can purchase from this website.
If you are below 18 then you must have someone over the age 18 purchase for you.
We sell products to customers both in and outside the UK on the understanding that they are for the purpose of personal use/enjoyment and not for industrial or commercial purposes.
