Ordering & Shipping

  • What are Your Terms and Conditions?

    Our Terms and Conditions can be found by clicking here. 

    We ask you to read and agree to these before purchasing from our website.



  • When do you charge my credit card?

    If paying on line using Stripe or Paypal your credit/debit card payment will be charged on the placing of your order.  When we recieve notification of your payment and your order will then be be processed and shipped.


    If you are reserving online and paying in store then we will charge you when you collect your order.


  • Can I Reserve or Pay Online then Collect in Store?

    Not a problem to us we are always happy to see you in our Shop. We understand that people like to shop in different ways.


    If you see something you like in our online store but want to see it for real before you buy, you can always Contact or Call Us and we can put items by  until you get to see us in store. We normally allow 2-off of our business opening days before we put any items reserved online back up for sale. We are a small business with some items being limited stock hence why we have to be quite strict with this policy. We will cancel your order and you will not be charged.

    You can always Contact or Call Us if you need longer but we expect you to be commited to buying at this stage.


    If you have bought any item(s) in our online store and want to pick it up in our Shop , that's also not a problem we can just put it by safely until you get to us. Our online payment process will allow you to select this self pick up option.

    It is always a pleasure to meet our customers face to face and we encourage it if you can.

  • Do You Gift Wrap?

    Sorry but unfortunately we do not gift wrap. 


    We are not in the habit of gift wrapping as it adds expense to our shipping costs and we don't want to make uneccessary charges for us to do this for you and put you off purchasing from us.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We can ship to anywhere in the United Kingdom.


    We send Items by way of Royal Mail for small and medium sized items up to 5kg. We also send items using Evri. Shipping choices are made out check out.

    Free 48 Hr Tracked Shipping is offered to orders totalling £80 and more . (UK Destinations only)


    For large sized items we use Parcelforce Worldwide Express 48.


    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS LOSSES OR ERRORS IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM



    We also ship to European and Worldwide Destinations using Royal Mail or any other Trusted Courier. We only send items abroad using a tracked postal service.


    Please note that we will gladly ship to your chosen International Address, but any payment of Import Duties that are imposed on Goods after shipment are the responsibility of you as the customer to pay and we are not liable for this.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    You can check the status of your order by clicking on Track Orders on the Shop Page. Using Your email adress you can sign in with the sign in link that will be sent to you for you then to view and track your orders.


    We aim to ship most items that are in stock within 1-3 Working Days and we will notify you when the item has been shipped with a tracking number.


    If you want to speak to a real person, we can gladly help you over the phone if you Call Us during business hours. We can tell you what the status of your order is over the phone.

  • What's your return policy?

    It's rare but sometimes goods can be faulty or things don't go quite right during shipping. We are happy to help resolve any issues that you have with your purchase.


    Returning Damaged or Faulty Items?


    If you find any item you have received is damaged or faulty please Contact or Call Us within 7 Working Days of receipt of your item(s). 

    We will require you to return the item(s) to us first and then can offer you either an exchange for your item(s) (if in stock) or full refund with the addition of any of your postal/handling charges should your claim of faulty or damaged goods is verified as being true. We will ship any exhange item(s) to you free of charge.


    Returning Unwanted Goods?


    If there is no fault with or damage to any item but you want to return it for any other reason please Contact or Call Us within 7 Working Days of receipt of your item(s). From there you can either have an exchange item or full refund. You will have to return any item at your expense and we would need to receive the item(s) back in order for you to be fully refunded.

    We strongly urge that you carefully consider all your purchases before making them online so there are no difficulties in trying to return unwanted goods. If you want to ask before you buy then don't be afraid, we would rather you be confident in you knowing what are purchasing is right for you.  Contact or Call Us


    If your Item(s) are lost?


    We aim to ship most items within 24 to 48 hours after us receiving your order. We also send items that we ship by recorded delivery. 

    Should you find that your item(s) have not been received in 7 Working Days (UK Delivery only, International Deliveries may take longer), please Contact or Call Us  so we can look into why your item(s) are missing or delayed. We can only offer you an exchange or refund if your item(s) are genuinely lost during shipping.

  • What is Your Privacy Policy?

    Our full Privacy Policy can be found by clicking on this link privacy policy


    To keep things simple we only keep the neccessary information about you to process your order and to tailor your visit to our website to be as relevant to you as possible. That information will only be shared with other parties that are involved in the fulfilment of your order. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).


     The information we hold may include:


    Your name, Address, Phone number, Email, address,  Other information necessary for processing your order.


    As online payments to us are handled through Stripe or Paypal we never see your Credit/Debit Card Details. 

    WE WOULD ONLY EVER NEED THEM TO PROCESS PAYMENT FOR AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE THIS IS A VERBAL PROCESS AT THE TIME PAYMENT IS MADE AND IS DONE ON A ONE-TIME BASIS ONLY.


    WE DO NOT, OR HAVE ANY WISH TO STORE YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS, 


     This data will be held in accordance with our internal security policy. If we propose to send your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) we will seek your consent first.


    We will never collect sensitive information about you without your agreement. You have a right to ask for a copy of the information which we are holding on you and we will provide this for a small fee. We will delete information or correct any inaccuracies at no charge as soon as you make the request.


    Data will only be released to third parties (e.g. the police) on request where there is a legal requirement for us to do so.
