This kit is based on the Yamaha YZR500 that led Eddie Lawson to his third World Championship in the 1988 WGP500 .

The 1988 model 0W98, which steadily evolved with features such as a high-rigidity frame and a "U"-shaped swingarm , has been thoroughly reproduced based on research into the actual car. You can enjoy the charm of the WGP machine with a parts configuration that takes ease of assembly into consideration and precise detailing.

The front fork can be selected between upright suspension (early 0W98) and inverted suspension (late 0W98: after the 9th round in Belgium).
A race stand is included.
